There are two ways to record a video with YuJa:
1. An application for your computer is available for both PCs and Macs.
- If you are using a computer provided by William James College, you will need to contact support@williamjames.edu in order to download the app.

2. There is an online recorder within YuJa called the Browser Capture Studio that does not require downloading.

*If you prefer, you can also use your William James College Zoom account to record into YuJa. Read more about it in this article.
What to do after you record your video
1. The video will appear in My Media (home) when it is done processing.
2. Hover over the video and click More
3. Select Links from the menu on the screen that pops up
4. Copy the Direct Link to paste in an email, Canvas assignment submission, or another location.
You can also add a YuJa video directly in Canvas
- This is possible when the Rich Content Editor is available, which includes a page, discussion board response, and some assignment submissions depending on the upload settings.
- You can find the steps on how to do that here.
Reach out to support@williamjames.edu for any questions on recording in YuJa, or to request a meeting to go over these steps with our Education Technology team.
