Connecting a laptop or PC to WJC Wifi

Overview

If you are on campus and need to connect your device to the William James College Wi-Fi network, follow the steps below.

Steps

To connect to your device to Wi-Fi:

  1. Open the Wi-Fi settings on your device and select the WJC-Wifi wireless network.
  2. Enter the Wi-Fi password: Icanmakeadifference!
  3. Once connected, you should automatically be redirected to the WJC Wi-Fi onboarding portal.
  4. On the onboarding page, click the orange "Connect to Wi-Fi" button to complete the connection process.

 

If You Are Not Redirected to the Onboarding Portal

If the onboarding portal does not open automatically:

  1. Open a web browser and enter 1.1.1.1 in the address bar.
  2. You should be redirected to the WJC Wi-Fi acknowledgement screen.
  3. Click the orange "Connect to Wi-Fi" button to complete the connection process.
