Recording a Voicemail Greeting

Your voicemail greeting is the message callers hear when you are unavailable or unable to answer your phone. GoToConnect allows you to easily record or update your voicemail greeting from your office phone or the GoToConnect mobile app, ensuring callers receive the most up-to-date information when leaving you a message.

Follow the steps below to record or update your unavailable voicemail greeting.

You can record your voicemail greeting directly from your office phone or the GoToConnect mobile app.

1. Press the Voicemail button on your office phone, or dial *98 or *99 from your office phone or the GoToConnect mobile app.
2. Enter your voicemail password when prompted.
   • If you have never changed your password, the default password is 0000.
3. Press 0 for Mailbox Options.
4. Press 1 to record your Unavailable Greeting.
5. Follow the prompts to record, review, and save your new greeting.
