Accessing GoToConnect via Web

GoTo Connect is the phone system used by William James College. It allows faculty and staff to access their office phone number, make and receive calls, and manage voicemail from virtually anywhere. Whether you are on campus or working remotely, GoTo Connect provides several ways to stay connected.

This article explains how to access and use GoTo Connect through a web browser, allowing you to make and receive calls and check your voicemail without installing any additional software.

• Log in to the WJC OneLogin portal.
• Search for GoTo Connect. If you do not see it, make sure you are searching Everything.
• Click the GoTo Connect app.
• On the GoTo Connect sign-in page, click the blue "Sign In" button.
• Sign in using your WJC email address and password.
• If any additional setup or welcome screens appear, you can safely skip them. Once complete, you will be taken to the GoTo Connect web application where you can access your phone and voicemail.

You are now able to use GoToConnect!
