Availability allows staff to indicate the days, times, locations, and services for which they are available to meet with students. Staff can choose whether the availability active duration is for a specific term, a specific set of dates, or forever. Staff can set availability for appointment scheduling, drop-in visits, and/or appointment campaign purposes.
It may be necessary to set multiple availabilities to meet your needs. Availabilities can overlap.
2) Start by selecting the days of the week that you are available. Then select the time range. The example provided shows the first appointment could be scheduled at 8:00am until 4:00pm
3) Select the time range that you would like this availabilty to be active for.
- A semester (from the first day of the semester, until the last day of the semester)
- A specific date range
- Ongoing (which has no end date)
4) Specify which type of appointment you are available for during this window
- Appointments are pre-scheduled by the student with your through WJC Navigate
- Drop-ins would be times where students could just stop by your office, or your Zoom Room to ask questions
5) Select the meeting type a student can choose for this availability window
- In-Person
- Zoom/Virtual
6) Select the care unit
7) Select the remaining options if necessary for this availability
- Meeting Location (Office Number)
- Zoom link (if needed)
- Any special instructions to share with the student
- If multiple students can book this time slot (Good for Group advisor or Drop in hours)
