Mac Error - Missing Software

When installing Papercut Hive on your Mac, some users may recieve an error that your printer in missing some software. To add the additional software please follow the steps below.

Please use the link here to install the additonal print driver needed to print while on Campus. Once you complete the download and use the installation steps below. When you are finished you will be able to print on both sides, but other finishing options (stapling, etc.) are not available at this time.

• Open your Downloads folder.
• Double-click Kyocera Driver.dmg.
• Double-click the OS X 10.0 or higher icon.
• Double-click the OS X 10.9+ build 2024.09.20.pkg installer package.
• Follow the installation wizard using all default settings.
• Restart your computer after the installation is complete.
• After restarting, click the Apple menu and open System Settings.
• Select the last option: PDL.
• In the window on the right, locate Page Description Languages.
• Click the dropdown menu and change the setting to PCL.
• Click Apply to save the changes.
