Physical Combination/Division of Classrooms

If your classroom has movable wall dividers and you would like them opened to combine the room with an adjacent classroom, follow the steps below to submit your request.

1. Contact the Facilities team by either calling x1111 on campus, or emailing Kevin_Costello@williamjames.edu
   • It is important to do this One Day before your class or event.
2. It is CRUCIAL that you DO NOT attempt to move the dividers in any room yourself.
   • Moving the room dividers yourself can potentially cause thousands of dollars in damage and potential injury if not done correctly.
