RETRIEVING A PDF (ARTICLE OR CHAPTER)

You will receive an email and, if opted in, an SMS Text notification when your item is ready to download. The notification includes a link to directly access the PDF. You may either follow that link or you may sign into your account to retrieve the item.

Once you log in, click on the link to access and download the PDF.

IMPORTANT: The link will expire after 30 days or after it is clicked 5 times, whichever happens first. We strongly recommend you download the PDF as soon as you view it.

RETRIEVING A BOOK

You will receive an email and, if opted in, an SMS Text notification when your book is ready to collect. Stop by the library desk during opening hours and tell the staff you are collecting an interlibrary loan book. The due date is printed on the book strap. Please do not remove the book strap.

Interlibrary loan due dates are strict. If you want to renew an interlibrary loan book you must contact the library PRIOR to the due date located on the book strap. Renewals are approved at the discretion of the lending library.

Canceling a request

To cancel a request, click on the Cancel button to the right of the request information. The cancel button only appears for requests that have not yet been filled by the lending library.
