How to Connect to WolfVision System
- Make sure to be connected to WilliamJames-Production Wi-Fi (Click here to connect)

Ensure the TV is on the correct input
- If the TV is not on the correct input, use the remote in the room to change the source (you should see a screen like the one below)

Open the VSoultion app on your laptop
- If you do not have it installed already, click here
- Connect Using the 8-letter ID displayed on the TV screen.
Connection Options
Option 1: Share your Screen (NO VIDEO NEEDED)
- Select the "Share Screen" option in the middle of the screen
- Enter the 4-digit PIN displayed on the TV screen when prompted
- Choose the content you want to display to the screen
Option 2: Connect to use Video Bar's audio and video
- Select the "Connect room audio/video " option on the right of the screen
- Enter the 4-digit PIN displayed on the TV screen when prompted
- Choose the content you want to display to the screen
- Open your Zoom or Teams Meeting and ensure you select WolfVision Video Bar as the audio AND video source
