Your browser has a folder in which certain elements of the sites you've visited that have been downloaded and are stored for future use. However, as websites change and develop over time this local information becomes outdated and incorrect. This can lead to issues viewing the site or a number of other issues.
Emptying your Browser's Cache is a relatively simple thing to do. To do so, please follow the instructions on this site: Emptying Your Cache.
Select your browser and follow the instructions. If you are still having trouble, please reboot your computer.
