Troubleshooting Common Issues

1. Change to the input to one of the other option using the touch panel on the desk and flip back to your preferred option 
2. Power down the system using the touch panel on the desk and restart from scratch

1. Check to make sure the TV is on (power button is located on the bottom of the screen in the middle)
2. Change to the input to one of the other option using the touch panel on the desk and flip back to your preferred option 
3. Power down the system using the touch panel on the desk and restart from scratch

1. Once the TV is powered on you can click and drag any windows (PowerPoint or zoom) and drag them to to show on the back screen

1) If another user is logged in, Right click on the start menu (4 squares in the bottom left)

2) Choose sign out

3) Log in with your WJC username and password

1) If you would like to hide your click the 3 dots and choose Hide Presenter View 

2) If you would like to swap which screen is showing the presenter notes, click display settings and choose to swap the Presenter View and Slide Show
