Overview
If you have received a notification that your password will expire or you need to change it for any other reason, please follow these instructions. If you do not know your current password, please contact Support@williamjames.edu for further assisstance.
Steps
Change Your Password
- Go to login.williamjames.edu and log in.
- Click your name in the top-right corner of the screen.
- In the dropdown menu, click on Profile.
- Click on Change Password
- Enter a new password
- Your new password MUST be 12 character
- It cannot be the same as one of your previous three passwords
- Click Save when you’re finished.
- Be sure to update it on your phone and other mobile devices where you access your WJC email.
