Overview
Microsoft OneDrive is William James College’s cloud storage platform that allows you to securely store, access, and manage your files from anywhere. Your files are available from any computer or mobile device through a web browser or the OneDrive application.
OneDrive makes it easy to store, organize, back up, and share documents with others. Files can be shared directly from OneDrive while maintaining control over access and permissions, making collaboration simple and secure.
Your WJC OneDrive can be accessed in two ways:
- OneDrive Desktop Application – Allows you to synchronize files between your computer and the cloud. This is useful when uploading or moving large amounts of data because you can drag and drop files directly into your OneDrive folder.
- OneDrive Web Application – Allows you to access your files from any internet-connected device through a web browser without needing the OneDrive application installed.
