How to Submit your COVID-19 Card (Students)

  1. Log into the Student Informational Portal: https://student.williamjames.edu/
  2. Open My Documents and click on the Document Center
  3. Scroll Down to the Upload Document area
  4. type in a document name for reference
  5. In the Drop Down Menu, choose AR - COVID Vaccination Documentation or AR -Medical/Religious Exemption
  6. Click Choose File, and select the documentation file you wish to upload (Only PDF is supported at this time and the size cannot exceed 15MB)
  7. When you are ready, click Upload
  8. Once you have uploaded the file, you can click View Previously Submitted Documents on documents you have submitted successfully to confirm the submission.
