How to Record a Voicemail Greeting

1. Press the voicemail button on your phone or dial *98/*99 from your phone or GoToConnect app to access the voicemail menu.
   • If you have never changed your password, the default is 0000
2. Press 0 for Mailbox Options.
3. Press 1 to record a message for when you are unavailable.
