Receive your IT Welcome Packet
- Your IT Welcome Packet was sent to the email address you submitted on your application. Your IT Welcome Packet contains your Username and Password for accessing school computers and technology resources.
If you have not received your IT Welcome Packet after submitting your enrollment deposit, please contact Support@williamjames.edu

Activate Your Account
Please Note: Your username is FirstName_LastName, (exceptions may apply as noted in your welcome packet)
Email address is username@williamjames.edu
Password: Located in your IT Welcome Email
Please review the minimum computer requirements before purchasing a new laptop William James Minimum Recommended Hardware and Software
1. Login
Log in at Login.williamjames.edu (This takes you to OneLogin, our single sign-on (SSO) page.)
Enter your:
Username: FirstName_LastName
Password: Located in your IT Welcome Email
2. Install the OneLogin Extension
Click the Add OneLogin Extension button, the download will start. If you are using Chrome, you will be taken to the Chrome Web Store.

3. Log into Email
The email system we use here at William James College is Office 365
To log in, please go to the OneLogin page (sign in if you haven't already). Then, click on Staging and chose Everything.
Then, scroll down and click on the Office 365 tile.

4. Log into CampusNexus and verify your information.
CampusNexus is your student and faculty information portal. It allows you to view/register for classes, billing information, and other course information.
Log into your Student Information Portal by clicking the icon below*.
*If you need assistance finding the icon, follow the same steps from above.
Verify your personal information is correct by clicking on "My Information", whcih is under "My Profile".
Make sure to update the SMS section, so you receive alerts from the school (announcements, closing, etc). Verify your phone is correct. Then, check of "Yes" next to Enable SMS Messaging.
