How to Add a VidGrid Video in Canvas

You can add a VidGrid video within an announcement, initial discussion post or reply, within a quiz, page, or an assignment. Any space in Canvas that allows you to use the Rich Content Editor (pictured below) will allow for a VidGrid video to be included.

To access VidGrid, click on the electric plug icon.

You will be prompted to pick VidGrid from a list of All Apps that are available in Canvas.

Your VidGrid account will open within Canvas. Find the video you would like to use and double click on the video.

Click the check mark in the lower right hand corner of the VidGrid screen.

You'll see the video appear within the page, don't forget to hit save or post reply.
