How do I stop receiving Text Alerts?

To stop receiving any future text notifications from Campus Alert (Rave Alert), simply text "stop" in reply to any alert.  (Do not include quotation marks).  Any of these keywords listed below will also work:

• "stop"
• "remove"
• "delete"
• "wrong number"
• "do not send"
• "take me off"
• "unsubscribe"
• "opt out"

To unsubscribe from any alert from Campus Alert, such as voice or email, or to unsubscribe from any future emails or notifications, please contact support@williamjames.edu and submit a request with your name and your email address.
