In order for IT to see your screen, you must change the settings on your Mac. To begin:
Go to the top left corner of the desktop, click the Apple icon.
Select System Preferences ->Click Security & Privacy (Under Lock Screen)
Then you must make the following changes:
- Click Accessibility, and make sure the GoToAssistRemoteCustomer box is checked
If you do not see GoToAssistRemoteCustomer click the plus (+), find it in your applications folder and add it.
- Click Screen and System Audio Recording, and make sure the GoToAssistRemoteCustomer box is checked
If you do not see GoToAssistRemoteCustomer click the plus (+), find it in your applications folder and add it.
Finally click Full Disk Access and make sure the GoToAssistRemoteCustomer box is checked as well
If you do not see GoToAssistRemoteCustomer click the plus (+), find it in your applications folder and add it.
