Go To Assist Mac troubleshooting

  • In the top left corner of the desktop, click the Apple icon.
  • Select System Preferences ->Click Security & Privacy -> Click the Privacy tab
  • Click Unlock, and enter your credentials. Then making the following changes:
    • click Accessibility, and make sure the GoToAssistRemoteCustomer box is checked

If you do not see GoToAssistRemoteCustomer click the plus (+), find it in your applications folder and add it.

  •  Click Screen Recording, and make sure the GoToAssistRemoteCustomer box is checked

If you do not see GoToAssistRemoteCustomer click the plus (+), find it in your applications folder and add it. 

Finally click Full Disk Access and make sure the GoToAssistRemoteCustomer box is checked as well

If you do not see GoToAssistRemoteCustomer click the plus (+), find it in your applications folder and add it. 

  •  Click Screen Recording, and make sure the GoToAssistRemoteCustomer box is checked

If you do not see GoToAssistRemoteCustomer click the plus (+), find it in your applications folder and add it. 

Finally click Full Disk Access and make sure the GoToAssistRemoteCustomer box is checked as well

If you do not see GoToAssistRemoteCustomer click the plus (+), find it in your applications folder and add it. 

  • Finally click Full Disk Access and make sure the GoToAssistRemoteCustomer box is checked as well 

If you do not see GoToAssistRemoteCustomer click the plus (+), find it in your applications folder and add it.
