Setting Up OneLogin Protect for MFA

The One Login Protect app MUST be installed onto your iPhone or Android devices. If you install the application to your Desktop or Laptop, it will not register to your account correctly.

Steps

1. Open your phone's app store and download the OneLogin Protect app. This setup process requires both a smartphone and a desktop or laptop computer. 
2. After installing the app, go to wjc.onelogin.com on your computer and sign in using your username and password. 
3. You will be prompted to select a security factor. Choose OneLogin Protect. 
4. On your computer, select OneLogin OTP.
5.  A QR code will appear on the screen. Open the OneLogin Protect app on your phone and use it to scan the QR code. 
6. When you first launch the app, you will be asked to permit Push Notifications and Allow Camera use, please allow BOTH of these.
7. This will register your device and complete the authentication setup.
