How To Access My Email / Microsoft 365 Account when OneLogin Portal is not available?

At times, although rare, OneLogin Portal may experience technical difficulties and not available to staff and students.  However, as a user, you can still access your WJC account by access the Microsoft website directly.

To Access your Email and Microsoft 365 and bypass OneLogin Login Portal:

1. Please use this link to access your email / Microsoft 365 Portal - https://login.microsoftonline.com/
   
   
2. In the “Sign In” field, type you full WJC email address (xxx@williamjames.edu) and click Next
   
   
   
   
3. When prompted, choose to log in using “Work or School Account”
   
   
   
   
4. When prompt for password, use your WJC account password, and then select “Keep me Signed In”, and click Continue
   
   
   
   
5. Answer your MFA prompt if required.
