Click on the Apple in the top left corner of the screen and open System Preference
Select Internet Accounts
Select Exchange
Enter your Email Address and Password
Click Sign In
If you are asked for a server address, please enter outlook.office365.com
If your account is successfully found you will be prompted to select which information you want sync'd. You are free to Omit any items like Notes or Reminders...etc.
Click Done
You have Successfully setup Office 365 for Mac Mail.
