How do I associate my ID card with the copiers? – William James College Helpdesk

Once you have received your School ID card you must associate it to your account. You can do this at any copier.

Swipe your card on the card reader at the copier
The machine knows your card is new and will ask you if you would like to associate it, select YES.
Enter your Username and Password (firstname_lastname, email password)
If you are successful you will get a confirmation message, if you are unsuccessful please double check your username and password and try again. If you continue to have trouble please stop by the IT office on the ground floor.
