Creating an Appointment Summary Report

Using WJC Navigate, you can create reports that summarize what was discussed with students during a scheduled appointment.

It is easiest to create the appointment in WJC Navigate ahead of time. However, we understand that some appointments are arranged at the last minute. This feature allows you to submit an appointment summary even if the appointment was not scheduled in advance.

Creating a Report from an existing WJC Navigate appointment
  • Select the Appointment Tab from your Staff Home page
  • Locate the specific appointment you wish to summarize from the list under Upcoming or Recent Appointments.
  • Select Actions above the checkbox, and select Add Appointment Summary. This will then open the Appointment Report window.
Creating a report when the appointment was not scheduled in WJC Navigate

Using either your student list, or the search bar in WJC Navigate, find the student profile for the student you met with. On the right hand side of the student's profile, select Report on Appointment. This will then open the Appointment Report window.
