- Open your phone's app store and download the OneLogin Protect app. This setup process requires both a smartphone and a desktop or laptop computer.
- After installing the app, go to wjc.onelogin.com on your computer and sign in using your username and password.
- You will be prompted to select a security factor. Choose OneLogin Protect.
- On your computer, select OneLogin OTP.
- A QR code will appear on the screen. Open the OneLogin Protect app on your phone and use it to scan the QR code.
- This will register your device and complete the authentication setup.
When you first launch the app, you will be asked to permit Push Notifications and Allow Camera use, please allow BOTH of these.
Open the app, click the + sign to add an account, and Scan the QR Code on your computer screen, and that's it! It is activated.
